The condition survey report is not a pass or fail test but is to assist you to come to a decision on how you wish to proceed. It will include, depending on vessel type, an appraisal summary, survey findings and recommendations on:-
Underwater hull(s) & attachments, topsides, deck, superstructure and structure. Steering gear, stern-gear, cathodic protection, through hulls, seacocks, tunnels & apertures. Propulsion machinery, electrical installation, other machinery & equipment, navigation equipment. Deck equipment, windows, portlights & glazing, hatches & doors, gangways, hoists & davits. Plumbing & WC's, galley, accommodation, stanchions & rails. Tanks, gas installation, bilges & pumping, LSA & fire-fighting. Masts & spars, standing & running rigging, sails & canvas. Tender. Sea/dock trials.
